At Real World Wonders we take product safety very seriously.

Our products comply with American Society for Testing and Materials standards (ASTM), European standards (EN71), Canadian Toy safety standards as well as Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines.

All of our stuffed animals are produced from new high quality man-made materials or natural fibers such as cotton, and the stuffing is made of a high-grade polyester fiber.

Regarding lead paint, plush animals as a category are not likely to contain lead. To comply with CPSC standards, our plush toys have been independently tested by a CPSC approved lab. Testing verified compliance with the CPSC’s strict lead standards.

Our plush toys are produced in China and we have personally visited the manufacturing facility. Our suppliers maintain a certification from the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) Caring, Awareness, Responsible, Ethical (CARE) certification. This program promotes ethical manufacturing, in the form of fair labor treatment, as well as employee health and safety.
